We need your feedback
Westernport Water customers will be surveyed this month for their feedback on water and sewerage services.
Westernport Water, East Gippsland Water, South Gippsland Water and Gippsland Water have once again joined forces for this annual customer satisfaction survey, with the addition of Coliban Water and Central Highlands Water for the first time.
The telephone survey is being conducted by Insync Surveys and TKW Research, with a random sample of 400 residential customers being contacted from each water corporation.
Westernport Water’s Acting Managing Director, Lisa Caldwell said, “This annual survey has an important part to play in helping us gauge how well we are performing with our products and services.”
“I encourage customers that are contacted to be as honest as possible about their experience with us over the past 12 months. Your feedback helps us to shape the future of our water and wastewater services.”
“We’ve been running this survey since 2014 and benefit from gaining an understanding about how well we performed compared to other Gippsland water corporations.”
“Working jointly with other water corporations enables us to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement, and provides savings by sourcing a more competitive price,” said Mrs Caldwell.
The telephone survey will begin on Wednesday 18 September and continue for up to six weeks. Our survey provider TKW Research will clearly identify themselves and will not engage in any sales pitch for a product or a service.
Please note, if you receive a call from people selling water filters or any other device, it is in no way connected with this survey.
