Before you start

Preparing to complete our sponsorship application involves several important steps to increase your chances of success. Here’s a guide to help you be well prepared: Good luck!

  1. Determine your eligibility – consider the Terms and Conditions.
  2. Understand the requirements – read the Fact Sheet and Frequently Asked Questions.
  3. Plan and organise – determine the sponsorship package you will apply for, the key themes you match.
  4. Familiarise yourself with the form’s questions before you start filling the form in. Application Questions for planning.
  5. Gather supporting documents – including quotes for the items you would like to purchase. Research you have completed. Extra info to support your application.
  6. Review and submit – before the 16 June deadline, please make sure your attachments or quotes are attached to the form, or emailed seperately.

It’s advisable to start the process well in advance of the online application.

The online application has a progress bar to let you know how many questions you have left to answer. If you are prepared and have your supporting documentation, it may be completed in roughly 30 minutes.  If you plan on writing your responses on the go, the process will take longer.

Applicants may stop during the process and save your application by providing your email adress.  We will then send you a link to return and complete your application later.

Applications that fail to provide enough information or that don’t meet the eligibility criteria will not be successful.
