On Friday 14 November, Westernport Water selected one lucky customer to win a $1000 gift card simply for signing up to pay their bills by direct debit.
On Friday 14 November, Westernport Water selected one lucky customer to win a $1000 gift card simply for signing up to pay their bills by direct debit.
The winner was Bruce Walker from Cowes, who was randomly selected out of 1150 direct debit customers by a computer generated program and has been rewarded with the first of three prizes.
When notified of the news Bruce thought it was fantastic “I’m delighted, this is the first time I’ve won anything and it’s great timing for Christmas shopping,” said Bruce.
“There are still two chances to win $1,000, simply sign up, or continue to pay your bills by direct debit and you’re automatically putting yourself in the draw to win,” said Murray Jackson Westernport Water’s Managing Director.
“The promotion is open to all Westernport Water residential customers that sign up to Direct Debit and the final two draws will be conducted on Friday 12 December at 3pm.
“Direct Debit is our favoured payment methods because it’s cost-effective and efficient, which helps Westernport Water keep charges down, which is good for customers,” said Murray.
