Customer survey commences
We have been running annual customer satisfaction surveys with the Gippsland Regional Water Alliance since 2014, undertaking 400 interviews with our customers each year. The four week survey window for this project commenced on Tuesday 29 January 2019 and is being undertaken by an accredited Association of Market Research and Social Research Organisation – TKW Field Management on behalf of our contractor Insync. Telephone surveys should take less than 10 minutes and seek to explore customer perceptions of value for money and satisfaction with our products and services.
