Our 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey is now CLOSED.

Background

For over a decade, we’ve partnered with fellow regional Water Corporations to conduct an annual survey to understand customer thoughts on our products and services.

Our survey explores your satisfaction with drinking water and wastewater services, perceptions of water quality, the value you receive for your investment, your overall satisfaction, and the level of trust you place in us.

Your feedback is invaluable, helping us to continually enhance the water and sewerage services provided to customers and the community.

About the survey

The online survey is open from 3 October to 13 October 2024 and takes approximately 8 minutes to complete.

For completing the survey, we offer customers the chance to win one of ten $100 bill credits. Winners will be announced in late October 2024.

We know that keeping your personal data private is more important than ever. Personal information collected for competition entry will be used solely for the purposes of the competition. Your information is deidentified and will not be linked to your feedback.

About our survey partner

Insync has been appointed as our survey partner. They are a Melbourne-based company that specialises in customer engagement surveys.  No personal information is being shared with Insync and your personal information will not be linked to feedback.  Insync offers sophisticated data analysis and reporting tools that will help Westernport Water to make data-driven decisions based on the survey results.

Competition Terms and Conditions

Respond to our 2024 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey for a chance to win $100 off your next water bill.

From 3 October 2024 until 6pm on 13 October 2023, eligible customers who have completed our online customer satisfaction survey will be entered into the draw for one of 10 chances to win $100 off their next water bill.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion is being conducted by Westernport Water, ABN:63 759 106 755, 2 Boys Home Rd, Newhaven VIC 3925.
  2. Participation in the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The promotion applies to uptake from Residential and Non-Residential accounts in Westernport Water’s service area (Eligible Customers) via the online survey, between 3 October 2024 and 13 October 2024.
  4. An Eligible Customer’s entry will be saved in our Customer Relationship Management system as an identifier of an entry (survey responses remain anonymous, entry refers to the email address provided to enter the draw)
  5. An Eligible Customer’s account must be active at the time of the competition prize draw to be eligible to win a prize in the competition.
  6. Ten winning competition entries will be randomly selected on 21 October 2024.
  7. Each of the ten competition winners will receive a credit of $100 off their Westernport Water account.
  8. An Eligible Customer can only win one prize in the competition.
  9. Competition prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  10. Westernport Water employees and immediate family (same household) are ineligible.
  11. The competition prize draw will be conducted at midday (AEST) on Monday 21 October at Westernport Water’s Head Office Newhaven.
  12. Competition entries at the time of the draw that are deemed not to have complied with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
  13. Competition prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or email. First names and suburbs for each competition prize winner will be published on the Westernport Water website on Tuesday 22 October 2024.
  14. Westernport Water’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
