We provide emergency water and wastewater services 24/7, 365 days a year.
If you need to contact us about a water or wastewater emergency, please call 1800 24 90 90.
Our Customer Service Centre will be closed for non-emergency work on the days listed below:
- Tues 24 December 2024 – Open 8.30am – 12pm. Closed at 12pm.
- Wed 25 December 2024 (Christmas Day) – Closed
- Thur 25 December 2024 (Boxing Day) – Closed
- Fri 27 December 2024 – Closed
- Wed 1 January 2025 (New Year’s Day) – Closed
Plumbers please note, there will be no water tappings or recycled water inspections from Monday 16 December 2024 to Monday 13 January 2025.
