| WHAT | As part of our continuing program to improve the quality of your water supply, Westernport Water will be undertaking water mains cleaning across Phillip Island and some mainland townships from 17 June to 28 June, 2024. |
| WHEN | 17 June to 28 June, 2024 |
| WHERE | Air scouring will take place in the following locations: Ventnor, Sunset Strip, San Remo, Kilcunda, Dalyston, Archies Creek, and Coronet Bay. |
| IMPACTS | Customers in the areas directly impacted will be notified up to 7 days prior to commencement of the water interruption.
Impacted customers may be without water for a few hours. Refer to our current works page for a full schedule of works including towns, streets, dates and estimated times (see the linked button below). If you experience water that appears milky following the works, this is caused by small pressurised air bubbles. This will resolve over time as the water settles and is safe to drink. Contractor H&S Maintenance, who are cleaning the water mains, do not necessarily have to be in your street or at your property to carry out their work. | WHAT | Pioneer Bay Pump Station Access improvement civil works are being completed and will include brush fencing and the installation of a new generator. |
| WHEN | Tuesday 27 May to 14 June 2024. |
| WHERE | Pioneer Bay pump station |
| IMPACTS | No impacts to water or wastewater are anticipated.
Traffic will be slowed to 40km per hour with no lane closures anticipated. Thank you for your patience and understating while these works are completed. |
